During checkout, why am I asked for my shipping address?

Until we offer home delivery it is not necessary to provide your shipping address, so you can simply use your billing address in both address sections. 

Do I have to place my order weekly?

Yes. Until we offer a weekly subscription plan, you will choose One Time Order each time you place an order. 

Where do I pick up my order?

You’ll be prompted to choose a pickup location when you place your order. Currently we have one pick up location in Portsmouth, NH

When can I pick up my order?

You can view the available pickup locations from the link in the menu and the pickup times for each location in the pickup times. If you need to request a different pick up time, please call 855-640-4348 to arrange.

What if I forget to pick up my order on the specified pick up day?

Alternate times to pick up your order are available, but if it is not picked up within 5 days, your order will be discarded without refund

How long do the meals last?

Your meals are super fresh and cooked the day before they are delivered. We recommend consuming your meals within 5 days.

How do I reheat my meals?

This is a personal preference, but 3 recommended ways are: transfer the meal to a plate or oven safe container and reheat in a microwave for 45-70 seconds; in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes; or on the stove top for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

Can I freeze my meals? 

These meals can be frozen, but it is not recommended. They are best consumed fresh, within 5 days of pick up. 

Where are the meals made? 

Our meals are prepared in a professional commercial kitchen by our partners at On The Vine Marketplace- a specialty high end marketplace and butcher shop with forty combined years of expertise and family recipes. (learn more)
