Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Sunday will be delivered or ready for pick up on Tuesday.

If you choose "Subscribe' - your order date will show as your 'delivery date'- but the actual delivery date will be Tuesdays.

Subscribing puts your meals on an automatic delivery - every week- and is super flexible.

The day you place your order is the day you will be charged weekly. This will show as your  weekly 'Delivery Date', but the actual delivery date will be on Tuesdays (for orders placed by 12:00 noon on Sunday).

From Your Account - Manage Subscriptions - Delivery Schedule

you can:

-add, skip or swap items in your standing order

- modify a single scheduled delivery.  

-skip a scheduled delivery- you must do this BEFORE your charge date.

You can also modify your order for all future deliveries from Manage Your Subscriptions/Subscriptions .

Modifications made BEFORE your charge date, will be reflected in the current week's delivery.

Modifications made AFTER your charge date, will be reflected in the following week's delivery.  

After 2 scheduled orders, you can easily CANCEL your subscription by emailing or calling us to process the cancellation request.


Yes. To skip a scheduled SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY- Go to your Account- choose Manage Subscriptions (left menu), then choose Delivery Schedule (top menu).

Choose the delivery date you want to skip. You must choose SKIP for each item that is scheduled for delivery that week.

You also have the option of skipping individual items for the current weeks delivery

TO SKIP A CURRENT WEEK, YOU MUST MAKE THE MODIFICATION BEFORE YOUR WEEKLY CHARGE OCCURS.

Yes, if you choose One Time Purchase, you will have to place your order each week. The order deadline is noon on Sunday for Tuesday delivery. Make sure to create an account or save your information for easier checkout the next time you order.

Or choose our weekly subscription plan which delivers your food automatically every week without having to remember to place your order. Our subscription plan saves you money, is super flexible and doesn't lock you in.

If you chose one of our PICK UP LOCATIONS as a delivery method at checkout, your order will be ready at the location on Tuesday morning.

Yes, we offer home delivery to 5 towns in the Seacoast NH area.

PORTSMOUTH, NEW CASTLE, RYE, STRATHAM & GREENLAND NH

Your order will be delivered in a paper shopping bag to your doorstep. If you leave out a color or container, we will place the order in it. Please call 855-640-4348 for any special delivery instructions.

Deliveries to a workplace will be charged a flat $7 delivery fee per delivery, regardless of number of orders.

We will be adding more towns throughout 2021. Please contact us for special arrangements outside of these listed towns.

Yes! we deliver meals to your workplace in the same towns we deliver to home addresses in - RYE, PORTSMOUTH, NEW CASTLE, GREENLAND STRATHAM, NH. Make sure to Choose HOME DELIVERY at checkout and use your WORKPLACE ADDRESS as your shipping address.

Only one delivery fee of $7 will be charged per business delivery, regardless of number of orders. So get your friends on board so you can all eat healthy and enjoy freedom from the kitchen! Contact us for details and a special free delivery code.

If you forget to pick up or are unable to get it during the specific pick up times, please contact the pick-up location or contact us to make other arrangements. We don't want you to miss out on your food!

If you do not contact the pick up location or pick up your order after 4 days of delivery, your order be discarded on 5th day without a refund.

FITFOOD designs all the meals for balanced nutrition. They are then prepared in a professional commercial kitchen by our partners at On The Vine Marketplace - a specialty high end market and butcher shop with forty combined years of expertise and family recipes. They always buy from trusted sources and offer the highest quality ingredients. Their motto is "Fresh is Best".

A good majority of our meals, bulk items and all our snacks are gluten-free which is indicated in the title of the item with a GF.

While we make every effort to keep gluten and gluten free foods separate during preparation, we are not a gluten free kitchen.

Your meals are cooked locally with fresh ingredients the evening prior to delivery. It doesn't get much fresher than that! We recommend consuming your meals within 5 days.

This is a personal preference, but we recommended one of three ways: transfer the meal to a plate or oven safe container and reheat to your preference:

- in a microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.

-in a pan on the stove top for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

-in a oven preheated to 350 degree for 10-12 minutes.

Meals and Bulk Protein items can certainly be frozen, but we recommend they are consumed fresh within 5 days of pick up. 

DELIVERY TO HOMES (located in Portsmouth, Rye, New Castle, Greenland & Stratham) is $7.00.

DELIVERY TO YOUR WORKPLACE or BUSINESSES (located in Portsmouth, Rye, New Castle, Greenland & Stratham) is a $7.00 flat fee, regardless of the number of orders. Contact us for details.

PICK UP at one of our designated Pick Up locations is free. These locations can be found on the How it Works Page and are offered at checkout as a delivery method choice.

The minimum order for both One Time Orders and Subscriptions is $35.

All orders incur a $1.50 handling fee.

To cancel your ONE TIME ORDER, contact us before 12:00pm on Sunday. Your refund will be processed the day following your request.

You can cancel your SUBSCRIPTION PLAN after 2 scheduled orders. Just email or call us with the request and we will take care of it. To avoid additional charges, please contact us before your next scheduled charge.
